Julian Rooth
Chief Executive

Julian founded Centurion in 2000, having previously worked at Richard Ellis and Chelverton Properties, a retail warehouse and food store developer. He is responsible for all aspects of Centurion's activities, including identifying new opportunities, structuring and overseeing relationships with funding partners and ensuring aggressive disciplines are applied in the delivery of business plans. 

Richard Cotton

Richard joined Centurion in 2015 as Chairman. He started work in 1978 at Richard Ellis. His career has included working as a chartered surveyor in Holland and Germany and development experience in Docklands in the mid 80’s, followed by 23 years in the City at Cazenove and JPMorgan Cazenove advising listed real estate companies. From 2009-14 he worked at Forum Partners, a private equity real estate investor. He is on the board of Big Yellow and the Commercial Development Group at Transport for London.

Paul Reid
Head of Asset Management

Paul is responsible for overseeing the asset management of Centurion's industrial portfolio. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the asset and development management of business space, having spent 15 years working at Brixton Estates, latterly as Director of Development & Asset Management.  More recently, he held senior positions at Equity Estates and Parkridge Holdings

Trevor Croucher
Finance Director
A qualified chartered accountant, Trevor is responsible for Centurion’s accountancy functions and ownership matters as well as co-ordinating the financial reporting to joint venture partners. He has more than 30 years’ experience in both private practice and industry and has worked closely with property investors, including pension funds, private equity partners and listed companies. 
Michael Jones
Asset Management

Michael is responsible for the company’s asset management activities in the north of England, Wales and Scotland. He has more than 25 years’ experience in UK commercial property. In 2001 he formed his own investment and asset management practice, which he ran until he joined Centurion.  Before 2001, he was head of Richard Ellis’ investment department in Manchester. 

Jonathan Langham
Head of Planning

Jonathan has more than 20 years’ experience in planning and development consultancy, specialising in providing advice on complex retail and industrial schemes.  At Centurion he is responsible for site identification, acquisition and development. He was previously a director of planning at Savills in London and is a qualified chartered surveyor and chartered town planner.

Chris Carey
Analyst & ICT Manager

Chris is our financial modelling guru, taking responsibility for crunching the numbers for our investment appraisal process and measuring the performance of our existing portfolio against forecasts. He maintains a wealth of statistics that aid our investor-reporting process. He is also responsible for  IT and communications.

Harry Ingham
Investment Analyst

Harry joined Centurion in May 2015 as an Investment Analyst.  Prior to joining Centurion he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Modern History from Durham University. Harry is responsible for assisting with the financial modelling, asset acquisition, and financial reporting processes.
