Centurion and Scottish Widows have completed a new letting to Kosnic (UK) Limited at Kennetside Industrial Estate, Newbury. The new letting is for a 10 year term, with a break at 5 years. This new letting extends Kosnic's occupation at the estate, having secured the adjacent unit last September.
